Placing orders - This website www.italiandesigngifts.com is equipped with e-commerce capability. You can buy online by using our shopping cart services. Taxes - Sales taxes will be added for any order shipped to any location in New York State. Tax rate withold : 8.875%. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.

Special orders -Non stock itmes, and special order itmes such as customized order items or orders placed on behalf of customer can NOT be cancelled and can NOT be returned. No credit will be applied. No refund will be granted. Any special order will be placed directly with the sale department and customer will be required to sign an agreement waiving these rights and and specifying the understanding of the agreement with these terms.

Returns - Merchandise purchased from italiandesigngifts.com may be returned for store credit only, within 10 days of purchase and only if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Return must be authorized in writing by CGS GROUP International Inc manager and must accompanied by a RMA return merchandise authorization code. This code is obtained by contacting the store by phone or email and must be displayed on the mailing label and on the returning receipt. Returns without RMA may be refused and if accepted, will be subject to 25% restocking fee. Returns must be packed and sent at customer own expense to : CGS GROUP International Inc 71 West 23rd Street suite 1623 New York NY 10010. Shipping costs will not be credited. Credit valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Thereafter, unused credits are forfeited. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 2 days of delivery or they will not and cannot be processed. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

Shipping - Unless otherwise specified, italiandesigngifts.com will use its best efforts to ship all merchandise within two business days of purchase. Delivery estimates are estimates only. CGS Group Interantional Inc , owner of italiandesigngifts.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. No shipping to po boxes is available. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier. Any duty or customs imposed on international orders are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
