How do I place an order? - You can place an order online by using our shopping cart tool. Stock availability continuosly changes day by day therefore we strongly suggest you to check with our sales department if you urgently need an item to be shipped. For special orders, bulk orders, corporate gifts please contact our sales department as well to check availability of merchandise and prices.
What form of payment do you accept? - ByWe accept all major credit cards such as Visa, American Express and Master cards. We do accept Paypal payments as well, wire transfers and money orders. Money orders must be payable to CGS Group Inc 71 West 23rd Street suite 1623 New York NY 10010 . Merchandise will be shipped only after receiving of the payment.
What about shipping? - We use Fedex ground shipping unless otherwise indicated. Express shipments overnight, 2 day or 3 day shipping are available at extra cost. 2day and 3day delivery is intended 2/3 business days. If you need a rush shipment and you need express shipping service contact us and we will give you a quote. We aim to give you the best possible shopping experience and to let you confidently enjoy y ordered item. Therefore we request a signature upon delivery in order to secure receiving of your shipment. Remember we do not ship to PO BOXES.

All shipping charges are quoted before shipment of the merchandise. we requests approval of all shipping costs from the customer before proceeding with the transaction. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your customs office for possible charges. We ship only by air due to tracking requirements and less possibility of damage.
What is your return policy? - Merchandise purchased from italiandesigngifts.com may be returned for store credit only, within 10 days of purchase and only if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Return must be authorized in writing by CGS GROUP International Inc manager and must accompanied by a RMA return merchandise authorization code. This code is obtained by contacting the store by phone or email and must be displayed on the mailing label and on the returning receipt. Returns without RMA may be refused and if accepted, will be subject to 25% restocking fee. Returns must be packed and sent at customer own expense to : CGS GROUP International Inc 71 West 23rd Street suite 1623 New York NY 10010. Shipping costs will not be credited. Credit valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Thereafter, unused credits are forfeited. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 2 days of delivery or they will not and cannot be processed. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS , SALES ITEMS, DISCONTINUED ITEMS, LIGHTING, GLASSWARE, POLYCARBONATE ITEMS. THESE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
